Since moving to Australia over ten years ago, my experience spans multiple industries including Professional Services, Finance, Medical and Hospitality. I have worked in customer service, support/administrative and supervisory roles. I am adept in working autonomously and motivated to self-lead yet have proven extensive experience working collaboratively as part of a team. I have clear communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to quickly adapt to differing environments and challenges. Being described as ‘professional with a willingness to help’ I am a natural problem solver with an ability to think on the spot. I play an integral role in supporting clients and my team, implementing new systems and processes, streamlining efficiencies; and always looking for ways to make improvements. I am actively invested in corporate social responsibility; having established and currently lead an environmental team with my colleagues which has implemented several initiatives within the workplace creating positive outcomes by reducing our impact on the environment.I am detail orientated, enthusiastic, quick to learn, a multitasker, problem solver and team player; flexible, highly motivated, punctual, adaptable and professional. I have a natural ease in client engagement, am adept in compliance management and an experienced process implementor. Software skills include Microsoft Office, Xplan, Xero, FYI, iFirm, DocuSign and Annature.Outside of work my interests include travel and sport, in particular soccer both as a spectator and playing five a side. I enjoy exploring the Gold Coast having recently relocated, I also don’t mind a good reality TV series.
