This includes the rehabilitation of contaminated land, demolition of existing buildings, design and monitor erosion and sediment control structures and design of services.Water Engineering:-Responsible for assessing surface water hydrology, developing detailed hydraulic models, design of three water infrastructure.-Assessment and hydraulic modelling of watercourses-Attenuation modelling and design to mitigate downstream flooding. -Developing of water saving initiatives. -Contract management and quality assurance for construction of residential developments. Provide construction supervision during development. Assist with planning of construction activities. Approval of payment certificates. Involved in changes to designs if required during construction, measuring cost impacts and negotiating variations-Plan and design all aspects of residential development. This includes Liaising with design team to develop stormwater, sewer and potable water network. Develop tender and contract document for earthworks (includes specifications, drawings and construction methods). Liaising with service providers to design gas, power and fiber network-Rehabilitation of mining pits and infrastructure, including the development of conceptual and detailed landform designs, devise multiple concepts and considerations into integrated mining and rehabilitation and closure scenarios as well as the costing of these scenarios and managing aspects of these projects.Work conducted in South Africa, Namibia, Ghana, Guinea and New Zealand
