I’ve been asked what I do as a “Supply Chain Manager”. The thought that immediately comes to mind is “Jack of all Trades”. More specifically, I solve complex problems and create efficiencies. I do this by leveraging data and technology to uncover problems that block the efficient movement of a company's material flow. I also build consensus and develop strong interpersonal relationships to allow for a smoother and more strategic decision-making process that delivers a substantial impact on company profit and growth. Over the past 8 years, I have specialized in digging deep into operational processes to identify inefficiencies and devise innovative solutions to streamline the supply chain.My core expertise lies in optimizing warehouse operations, refining inventory management systems, and implementing solutions that simplify workflows, boost productivity, and ease the workload for all team members. I am particularly proficient in using data analysis and Excel to guide strategic decisions and drive meaningful outcomes.Throughout my career, I have spearheaded numerous projects focused on cost reduction, enhanced inventory control, and efficient production scheduling.
