Spineka enables and supports the development and delivery of several game changing digital products and services across B2B, B2C, Loyalty, Data Warehousing and Education. This role sees me managing a team of over 70 technologists across several products and services. In this capacity I am responsible for solution development, technical leadership, product development, agile (scrum) project management and customer experience facets of expansive business operations. I was exceptionally fortunate to join a team of 3 in the very early days of Shopgo later Cashrewards. The team was at the helm of an amazing vessel that innovated and delivered products and services within the rewards space for Australian consumers. Since launching Cashrewards quickly grew to become Australia's leading cashback site and I was fortunate to be critical asset for the team that grew the business to win Deloitte's Tech Fast 50 2016 at its peak, breaking growth records and placing 4th in APAC.Working closely within a great team we developed a robust rewards platform, grew members and provided everyday people the opportunity to save and earn cash with each online purchase.I always encouraged our close knit team to bring forward ideas and innovations, strived to create a supportive and collaborate environment that fostered personal and professional growth, strengthening and binding our team together.Cashrewards built strong relationships with partners, clients and members to its very call and this was a crucial element towards positioning Cashrewards within the rewards space of Australia. As the Operations Director, my executive role from the outset saw me involved in or touching at one point or another all aspects of the business including: partner and client relationships, marketing and digital media, product development and delivery, software development and processes, project management, infrastructure, services and delivery, customer experience and support, education and training, policies and procedures, research and development (government grants), technical project requirement grooming and scoping, business development, finance & account related functions, business intelligence and board reports. My time role with Cashrewards providing immense joy and pleasure growing a great vibrant team. I left the role and company at the peak after a rollercoaster few years and do look forward to my next startup adventure.
