Writing is my trade. Often writers are perceived as “just those who write stories or books,” but writers are the lawyers, social workers, marketers, teachers, reporters, business professionals, politicians, ministers, and information-generators in our global community. Every facet of society depends on writing in some form. And, technology has made it soar…millions of pieces of information are transferred through the world wide web via email, texting, blogging, other social media platforms, and simple google searches. Even video and YouTube uploads start with a mental or written script.My career pursuit in entrepreneurship and business will benefit from my skill sets: Thinking outside the box, telling a client’s story, investigation, speed typing, teamwork, marketing through the written or digital word, learning from others, tackling challenges with fervor, and interacting and helping on a personal level. I promise I won’t disappoint.
