Ensuring smooth running of the establishment, prioritizing guest experience leading to a high percentage of repeat customers. Offering bilingual service in both French and English. Responsible for online booking system, payments and enquiries. Managing seasonal workers, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service were maintained. Establishment rated top 10 BnBs in France on Tripadvisor for the past 7 years.

Growth of direct and indirect sales, 300% increase in subscription members over 2 years. Responsible for processing and logistical arrangements of exports. Working with both potential and existing importers to grow the export market share. Ensuring sufficient and well managed stock at several warehouses throughout the country as well as on site. Solely responsible for on-site sales, invoicing and related duties. Representing the estate at specialised trade shows, events open to the public and social media focused events. Growing brand awareness through managing of social media, notably Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Direct sales. Bilingual and translation work. Creating content on Domaine website and Facebook pages. Producing event advertisements and marketing campaigns (Photoshop CS2). On site research for Master’s Thesis; “How the power of suggestion impacts direct sales”.

Consulting with and advising clients on travel requirements. Increasing sales of company preferred products without placing clients at a disadvantage.
