I have been in the fitness industry for over 18 years and am passionate about helping my clients achieve more than weight loss. When I first started out in the industry that is what it was all about, getting my clients to a specific number. While that was fun for awhile, I found that it is so much more rewarding to help clients do far more than lose weight. We train for life and weight loss is a byproduct. By training in the right way I can help you:* Get your energy back so you can do the things you love for as long as you want* Decrease pain so you are not stopped by it* Gain confidence in yourself so there is nothing you are afraid to do * Keep up with any littles in your life whether they are your kids or your grandkids* Improve health markers to increase quality of lifeI typically work with clients over 35 who are ready to invest in themselves and their health and make a change. I work with individuals either in a one-on-one setting or in a small group setting (4-6). I become your accountability partner in fitness and nutrition and through the journey we have FUN!
