 Manage workers’ compensation, Auto, GL and Surety claims using managed care program and provide case assessment to the insurance carrier.  Process and track all claims against bonds, legal fees and surety legal matters.  Created and maintain Workers Compensation database for safety and risk assessment stats.  Created and maintain quarterly risk management news bulletin, medical & prescription bills for Workers Compensation  Provide workshops to divisions on various risk management issues.  Produce all risk management reports, wage statements and other related data.  Acting liaison between the Company and the user of the café and facilities (i.e. collecting rentals, external usage coordination, assuring guidelines are followed, etc.) Acting liaison between the Company and various supply vendors. Manage set up of corporate daytime meetings/conferences, conference rooms and coordinating calendars as requested.
