Lead day to day operations of 68,000 SqFt. food manufacturing plant. Oversee production, procurement, shipping, and logistics for 32 million dollars of food and supplies per year serving 96,000 annually. Leading team of 76 people.

Managed equipment and food safety for 147 locations and central production facility . Selected Accomplishments: Implemented first of its kind wireless temperature monitoring system district wide for 24/7/365 food safety coverage.Wrote new policy for department concerning all aspects of personnel and food safety.Responsible for continuous evaluation and improvement of district HACCP Plan.Acted as district liaison to local, state, and federal regulatory agencies. Provided critical input concerning food safety issue and farm to table and breakfast in the Classroom initiatives.Oversaw the construction and design of two mobile feeding buses that serve thousands of students every year.

Wrote and passed new ordinances through county government.Written three grants totaling $40,000 dollars.Served on State of Indiana rule amendment taskforce resulting in the passage of IAC 410 7-24.Increased inspections for the food safety program for Floyd Co.; from 600 to over 1000 inspections per year.Established West Nile Virus Project resulting in discovery of a new species of mosquito and rapid response to local disease outbreaks.
