I have worked in all levels of an organisation, from gaining a trade certificate in Precision Manufacture on the factory floor, to helping develop business strategies in the boardroom. I have worked closely with both external customers, and internal customers.I am a business transformation professional and I have proven that I can help transform a business by improving processes, improving product reliability, developing business strategies, developing market entry strategies, assisting new bids and proposals to be more competitive, and implementing quality assurance. I do these activities by harnessing the organization’s people, presenting data and information that clearly highlights the current situation, which allows them to see new opportunities for improvement and facilitates critical thinking, to help them develop stellar solutions that transform their business.I’m at home in front of a crowd and have used my facilitation style to deliver workshops and training courses to both internal and external personnel, in a wide range of business process improvement technology and business development processes. Key career milestones include designing new products, services and processes within the Automotive, Manufacturing, Defence, Aerospace and Space industries, redesigning existing private and public organisations to improve performance, and enhancing teams using a combination of career coaching and value adding activities.
