• Manage and coordinate sales related activities of multiple sales teams and senior sales managers• Evaluate and approve contracts for all team members • Conduct weekly sales meetings with all members of the Business Unit• Participate in the monthly Management meetings chaired by the MD or GM together with the other Heads.• Provide effective coaching for each team member in order to achieve higher results.• Facilitate best practice sharing in the business unit.• Contribute ideas to the business development team and organization• Initiate new programs within the industry or area of my responsibility.• Create a culture of high performing teams, customer service and innovation within the Sales Teams.• Manage existing accounts and expand the client base of high profile clients.• Drawing up a training plan along with the Training Departments• Working with training departments to develop suitable content for the courses• Understanding organizational needs and then offering competency based solutions• Understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages• Producing training programs within the frame of the organizations budget• Prepare feedback or reports on training groups, targets and accomplishments• Capture latest market trends and advise the key clients on how they can be implemented.• Track and monitor the effectiveness of the T&D programs using the appropriate tools and assess improvements and areas of focus on a regular basis• Develop protocol and system for trainer recruitment & development• Maintain database of association trainers to include qualifications, certifications, history of conducted trainings & evaluations• Provide accurate revenue forecast to the MD on a weekly basis.• Work with marketing department to design and manage marketing campaigns including, email, online, social media• Liaise with the Production department on new products
