Oversee the design and implementation of the Economic Opportunity (EO) Initiative across CEO's 31 offices nationwide. The EO Initiative has proven to significantly improve the employment outcomes and financial health of CEO's participants.Stood up and managed an emergency cash relief program in response to the COVID-19 pandemic resulting in the distribution of $24M+ to over 10,000 recently released individuals via contactless payments.

A new role created by the organization to test if CEO could increase the economic mobility of participants by supplementing the existing program model with new upskilling opportunities and financial empowerment services. Results: scaled both programming that increased wages and retention for hundreds of individuals across the country and implemented a new payroll product that reduced the use of check cashing services which saved participants over $250,000 per year in unnecessary fees.

Contracted with the Louisiana Recovery School District to design career maps outlining 25+ professional pathways available in the Southeast region’s six target industries - Energy, Advanced Manufacturing, International Trade, Digital Media, Health Sciences, and Water Management.
