Logistics Warehouse Manager
Current Strong knowledge of end-to-end process of Inbound & Outbound Logistics Operation. On monthly basis 5000+ CBUs distribution across PAN India reputed dealerships. Liaison with transporters to ensuring timely pick-up and TAT delivery of the consignment with damage-free as well as on time supply of finished goods to End-Customer. Maintain and improve communication among stakeholders (Zones, Finance, Business team, Procurement & Vendors) Preparation and verification of Billing / Invoicing / Freight co-ordination with respective LSP, Vendor & Suppliers, etc. To monitor in-transit insurance and settlements and Review all internal / external audit reports and take immediate corrective actions. Maintaining and reducing logistics operations cost through contact negations, materials pickup and dispatch planning Cost Controlling of daily operations should be within allotted budget & Focus on cost cutting and create cost awareness among team. Analysis the Dealer Claims and take the action to reduce the Claims. Controlling overall warehousing of auto parts involving maintaining SLA, Managing customer orders, Procurement, Packing, and Maintaining FIFO in Warehouse & inventory accuracy of stock, minimizing handling damage. Highlight the optimum inventory levels in order for company to achieve the target inventory INR 15 Crore Managing entire warehouse operations and releasing RFQ to overseas Vendor for consumable spares. Releasing the Purchase order to the vendors for one-time purchase. Lead a team of 250+ trained warehouse staff to guide and achieve adequate efficiency in their functions. Following with vendors for material supply and ensure the material supplied to the plant on-time Monitoring and reporting Non-moving, slow-medium-fast moving item, Space utilization analysis and ensure scrap process with in a time frame.
