Ensure target network architectural/roadmap advancement for Optical Network in terms of cost, future compatibility, and most optimized enhancement to business requirement.- Match network capability to user characteristics; with optimum cost solution.- Establish, manage and update all related technical solution documents (HLD, LLD, Annex(es), whitepaper, architectural, and solution information. Develop and maintain an end-to-end network architecture blueprint.- Managed and supervised vendors for installation and ensure effective and efficient execution of tasks. Ensuring installation is completed within the proposed timeline.- Perform Site Survey and Feasibility Study for equipment installation.- Perform major planned maintenance events, service migrations, cutover, and software upgrades.- Delivering successful customer equipment trials in line with Customer expectations.- Ensuring executed on-site standby support services are consistent with expected SLA deliverables- Propose, lead, plan and execute new technology as well as trials and POC (Proof-of-Concept), functional/performance validation, and verification of features.- Perform Commissioning & Site Acceptance Test (SAT) to ensure deliverables meet customers' expectations.

Project: DiGi IP CloudRoles and Responsibilities :- Work with routing(BGP,), switching(EVPN, VXLAN), and configurations in Data Center to perform cover-all connectivity troubleshooting.- Perform BGP routing & EVPN, VXLAN configurations in Nokia Nuage Switches, Dell Switches in DC environment.- Perform Leaf, Spine configuration Tenant creation & Assign VLAN in Nuage Switches.- Work alongside 3rd party vendor and troubleshoot BGP network in IP Cloud & Digi IP Core.- Perform planned maintenance events: software & firmware upgrades, new link activation, configuration on leaf & spine switches, VXLAN, EVPN.- Administer, monitor, and maintain an environment in the customer cloud platform. This includes provisioning, configure, monitor and maintain compute and network resources in the cloud.- Works closely with various departments supporting the development and testing efforts in multiple cloud platforms.- Ensure that documentation are maintained and kept up to date in line with intelligence standards and policies.- Support Security Team to establish communication between Compute Nodes, EMC Storage, Nuage switches & Dell switches with Juniper SRX Firewall.- Perform DPDK packet processing acceleration upgrade from SR-IOV on compute nodes.- Supporting VNF team during VNF on/off-boarding with 3rd Party VNF- Perform initial setup on compute nodes by installing RedHat Linux OS, Openstack & Mgmt IP.- Provide guidance and implements best practices in cloud environments.- Coached customers and organized knowledge sharing session- Perform monitoring & managing Instances, Storage, Compute Nodes via Nokia NetAct Network Management System (NMS)

Roles and Responsibilities :• Ensuring executed support services are consistent with expected SLA deliverables• Perform 2G/3G/4G/LTE service migration, rollback if required; post checks on performance, link quality & UAT document to complete planned events.• Join design and solution discussions with the client for services migration and provide end-to-end project support.• 4) Perform preventative maintenance on link capacity, packet loss, CRC error to prevent 2G/3G/4G/LTE services from failure.• Providing 24 Hours pro-active, competent, and timeless support for Layer-1 Optical Fiber links by utilizing Huawei UMS.• Responsible for designing document and Network Visio diagram of customers WAN network topologies.• Perform minor planned maintenance events, firmware & software upgrades.• Work alongside leased-line service providers to resolve and identify fault causes. Develop a procedure for faster identification of fault by creating templates & notifications in the system.• Perform preventative maintenance for DWDM system such as Packet Loss, CRC, BER, Optical Power measurement, OTDR measurement for fault identification.• Perform preventative check daily on DWDM nodes & optical links on customers INTERNATIONAL LEASED LINES (IEPL) cross border links to ensure links are healthy, tune optical power if necessary, verify ASON configuration for redundancy.• Provide the MOP (Method of Procedure) for the new installation and expansion of the live DWDM network.• Configure DWDM equipment, commission traffic. NE Upgrading & Routine maintenance support• Traffic Management such as Lambda & Bandwidth.• Coordinate efforts and mentor team of Level-1 NOC engineers.• Development of the technical documentation and training• Respond to customer complaints within the SLA for link quality, packet loss, CRC error.

It is a learning curve for me as i was previously from an Energy Efficiency background, this is a challenge which i know i will definitely have fun to go through it as the experience which are priceless.
