As Head of System Monitor development reporting to the CEO, I was responsible for a group of up to 30 engineers across four teams delivering into multiple customers, ensuring we delivered to demanding and immovable time-scales (e.g. Formula 1 races) and tight budgets. -

This included directing other engineers to produce a number of modules required as part of the design.
