Responsible for developing and executing creative marketing and communication campaigns across the business. I was tasked with creating and executing Rothbury's first television and digital advertising campaign which I launched in 2019 and managed until I left. I managed public relations and media, creating thought leadership pieces to raise brand awareness. My role included creating compelling content and external communication designed to inspire, educate and create awareness. Responsible for Public Relations and External Communication, including Social Media for the NZI brand. A big part of my role was developing thought leadership and editorials to build brand awareness and raise the profiles of our Executive Leadership team to position NZI as a leading Intermediated Insurer. I wrote for publications including Kia Ora; NZ Management Magazine; Herald; Insurance Business Online; NBR, CoverNote and many others. I was also responsible for the production of compelling video material.

Public Relations and Internal Communications Manager. Responsible for media, crisis and issues management. I was also responsible for managing internal communications across the country to all Yellow offices. The role included the strategy and launch of a new company intranet and maintaining this as an ongoing, compelling communication tool for our people.
