Prior to that, was the owner of Austin Accounting Associates, a firm that provided complete outsourced accounting and CFO services for small businesses and startups, as well as consulting and advisory services regarding acquisitions, divestitures, and expansions. Graduated Summa Cum Laude in Economics and Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.
