The Talent Sourcer works collaboratively to promote a comprehensive candidate capture strategy, requiring both fast turnaround for immediate hires and long–term relationship–driven candidate pipeline cultivation and provide a high level of client service.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-Conducting effective intake session with the Talent Advisors by engaging with the Hiring Team to understand the specific needs of the role.-Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies designed to recruit hard to fill roles in limited candidate spaces.-Conducting effective pre-screen of external passive and active candidates.-Being proactive on the continuous improvement of sourcing metrics and adjusting sourcing strategies and execution as needed to continuously improve throughput ratios.-Providing recommendations for most effective and cost-efficient search options, as appropriate.-Ensuring that candidate tracking is up-to-date and compliant in the Applicant Tracking System Show less
