The first project took place in December 2006 at the esteemed Peat's Ridge Festival. I mixed and edited a captivating blend of my own compositions and works from other talented artists, resulting in an enthralling performance that left the audience mesmerised.The second unfolded in August 2007 during the Ice Skating Nationals at Hunter Ice Skating Stadium. This time, I collaborated closely with my musical partner, Dale Garbutt, to create an entirely original 17-minute soundscape. The effort and creativity poured into this endeavour made it a remarkable auditory journey, elevating the performance to new heights. -

As a Shift manager, I was required to sit in on shows with new presenters and helping them out when it was needed, mainly technical problems, or presenters not conforming to the on-air code of conduct. I was also required to help out with the administration duties and organising and filing of the database. As a Deejay, I had a weekly show which showcased local electronica, hip hop and more experimental musical works.

Gigs Co-OrdinatorThis Is Not Art Jul 2005 - Oct 2006Newcastle, Nsw, AustraliaFor the This Is Not Art Festival in both 2005 and 2006, I was in charge of the Gigs/events portfolio. This was not without drama as I had to liaise with other coordinators who lived all over the country and we only met up once every six weeks. It was a very involved job which required not only to book the acts but to work out scheduling, technical issues and requirements as they came to hand. I was also in charge of securing the Audio Visual gear required for the festival and making sure that the artists booked were paid. I had overall control of the evening entertainment programs, and had to be quick to ensure it all worked smoothly. The highlight show in 2006 which included many overseas acts was the biggest show of the year at the Cambridge Hotel, one of Newcastle’s premier venues for live performances. -
