Growing up the son of a NASA rocket scientist engrained in me that nothing is impossible. I was never allowed to use the word “can’t.” I’ve always figured out a way. It pushed me to always be curious, to learn, to look at problems as opportunities, and to seek out challenges. Pushing past the impossible requires a great team. I’ve spent my entire career building great teams that have built amazing structures in less time, are safer, exceed clients’ expectations, and always maintained profitability. Daytime coaching led to coaching college lacrosse in the evenings.
