I currently chair the Nixon Medical board of directors and am a founding, contributing member of the Unite America network. Nixon Medical is a growing, second-generation family business based in New Castle, Delaware. Unite America is a political reform organization that provides leadership to "a movement of Democrats, Republicans, and Independents (who are) working (together) to bridge the growing partisan divide and foster a more representative and functional government."I have extensive executive experience leading HR and related functions at Welch Allyn, a family-owned global, business before it was acquired by Hill-Rom Corporation in 2015, and as board chair of several not-for-profit boards.In addition to the roles noted above, I am an American interested in improving our institutions, a practitioner of Centering Prayer, a developer of a flowering meadow with my wife, Lori, a pickleball and bridge player, hiker (46er), a husband, a father, and a grandfather. These are not necessarily in priority order.
