My work with NuSource has been managing projects within the nuclear power industry. Mainly ASME Section III and Safety Related components. • Execute and maintain project documentation for Nuclear Safety and Non-Safety projects. • Manage schedules and deliverables between Utility clients and sub-vendors (Engineering and Fabrication).• Lead internal and external project meetings and track project milestones (financial and fabrication).• NuSource Quality Assurance qualified Level II Mechanical Inspector - Provide sub-vendor fabrication surveillance and project inspection activities.

Develop work breakdown structures and standardized project templates including reporting, budgeting, and tracking, using various accounting and office software applications. Maintain non-capital departmental operations expense budgets and forecasts. Establish human resource/staffing plan for multiple department and project requirements. Identify requirements and manage procurement documentation, including scopes of work, contracts, schedules, and material expediting. Reconcile and execute joint-use billing contracts and invoicing.

Administered and maintained the Oracle R12 Purchasing module. Acted as primary buyer of routine purchases for business areas and service centers across all areas of the organization. Worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate procurement activities through all stages of projects, including purchase order issue and change requests.
