Advised the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness on reform initiatives. Engaged with executive stakeholders to support strategic decision making and enable institutional change.• Provided Secretary of Defense with analysis leading DoD to expand maternity by four weeks for nearly 130,000 women• Led military personnel policy analysis and research for Secretary of Defense’s Force of the Future initiative, resulting in major reforms of the way the world’s largest employer manages its people• Managed drafting of military personnel reform legislative proposals, and negotiations with stakeholders• Led costing of military personnel initiatives covering over $1 billion in programs• Conducted review of current military readiness assessment processes, organization and analytics
