My responsibilities include:• Evaluation of facility services contractor performance • Inventory control of company assets, equipment, linen , machinery , furniture and appliances• Ensuring and enforcing the compliance to contract obligations• Reviewing and approving menu cycles• Managing related payments to contractor• Checking and approving invoices of contractor and subcontractors• Conducting camp inspections ( food storage, sanitation , hygiene, accommodation, camp safety and security)• Tracking maintenance reports (Preventative & Corrective )• Tracking action plans and ensuring all non conformities are closed within the deadline dates on action plans
