I am a dedicated professional with two decades of experience in higher education in progressive roles. My experience includes management of campus operations at branch campus, strategic planning, institutional research through surveys, community outreach and networking, event planning, Salesforce administration and more. I currently serve as the Vice President on LCCC's Staff Council, providing collaborative work with employees and administration to obtain mutually beneficial goals. I have co-chaired our institution's annual Commencement ceremony since 2018, including during the covid-19 pandemic affected ceremonies. I also served as a member of the task force with the institutional response to the covid-19 pandemic. I have always been willing to use my skills and abilities to take on different roles in the best interest of the institution.I also provide consulting services for entities in political campaigns - from data management to strategy and more, I have driven results that have secured hundreds of millions of dollars for public organizations over my tenure.I also am dedicated to community service, starting my 25th year as support to the Clearview Schools Athletic Department. I also have spent 6 years as a board member to the North Ridgeville Chamber of Commerce, where I was awarded with the Chamber's Bright Star Award for my support to the organization.

Students are provided with services from beginning to end - admissions, academic advising, financial aid assistance, on-site and distance learning instruction, placement testing, career workshops and boot camps, transfer information and more. Services also are offered to the greater community - including continuing education courses (especially for seniors), grant funded computer training, GED/ABLE program courses, free meeting space to non-profit organizations and rental space to for-profit organizations.

Campaign CoordinatorCitizens For Lorain County Community College Dec 2019 - Apr 2020I served as a point person for the Lorain County Community College campaign to pass Issue 17, the 10-year renewal of LCCC's operating levy that has been in existence since 1963. Working in coordination with other members of the team, I worked to ensure a community driven strategy to identify and target likely supporters and ensure overall operations of the campaign headquarters. Despite the unprecedent change in the election being postponed from March 17, 2020 to April 28, 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the levy passed with its highest margin in nearly three decades, achieving 59.5% support county-wide, securing LCCC's operational levy for the next decade.
