I've moved to a new role at LCCC as of January 2023, serving as a Senior Research Project Manager in the Institutional Research, Planning and Engagement department at LCCC. In this role, I continue to manage the institution's engagement data and co-chair the Commencement Committee, while also supporting LCCC's research agenda and institutional planning as we work to achieve Vision 2025: 10,000 Degrees of Impact.

I have served on Lorain County Community College's Staff Council Executive Committee since July 2015 as a group representative. From December 2016 to June 2019, I served as the Secretary of the Executive Committee. In July 2019, I was elected Vice President of the Executive Committee. Staff Council Executive Committee members advocate for the needs of staff across the institution, serving as a voice and representative on their behalf to campus committees and organizations.

I started a new role in the Marketing and Communications office in July 2017. In this role, I work on special projects and programs for the Marketing and Communications department, as well as supporting Strategic and Institutional Development on campus. I continue to manage LCCC's engagement Salesforce instance, manage and update community engagement and analytics data. I also serve as co-chair to the LCCC Commencement Committee and work on special projects, including LCCC's two most recent updates to its strategic plan.

As the coordinator at LCCC's University Partnership Ridge Campus in North Ridgeville, I was responsible for the day-to-day operations at the center, including supervising staff, coordinating resources between the center and the LCCC campus, scheduling courses and much more. I also was involved in marketing and outreach initiatives on behalf of LCCC to the residents of the greater North Ridgeville area.The University Partnership Ridge Campus (UPRC) brings both LCCC and University Partnership classes (primarily from The University of Toledo) to the North Ridgeville community. Programming includes hemodialysis, IT and Computer Science and Engineering.

From October 2011 to August 2014, I served as the Interim Coordinator for the LCCC Wellington Center, an educational outreach center/branch campus in Wellington, Ohio. The Wellington Center serves over 300 students each academic year, providing general education courses transferrable to associate degree programs at the LCCC campus in Elyria or to any state community college or university. Students are provided with services from beginning to end - admissions, academic advising, financial aid assistance, on-site and distance learning instruction, placement testing, career workshops and boot camps, transfer information and more. Services also are offered to the greater community - including continuing education courses (especially for seniors), grant funded computer training, GED/ABLE program courses, free meeting space to non-profit organizations and rental space to for-profit organizations.

As the Staff Assistant at the LCCC Wellington Center, I was responsible for the daily operations at the front desk and assisted in the overall operations of the center.

As the Staff Assistant for Marketing and Outreach Initiatives, I split time between the LCCC campus in Elyria and the LCCC Wellington Center. In Marketing, I assisted with dual enrollment batch registration processes and high school visits. At the Wellington Center, I assisted with the overall operation of the front desk and the center.

My internship consisted of two years of running the LCCC festival and parade outreach program and also providing assistance to special projects, including the opening of the LCCC Wellington Center.

I am the clock operator for high school volleyball and basketball at Clearview High School in Lorain, Ohio. I also assist in high school wrestling and football. Since 2009, I assist in managing Clearview High School Athletic Department's social media presence on Facebook (www.facebook.com/clearviewclippers) and Twitter (www.twitter.com/chsclippers).

I served as a point person for the Lorain County Community College campaign to pass Issue 17, the 10-year renewal of LCCC's operating levy that has been in existence since 1963. Working in coordination with other members of the team, I worked to ensure a community driven strategy to identify and target likely supporters and ensure overall operations of the campaign headquarters. Despite the unprecedent change in the election being postponed from March 17, 2020 to April 28, 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the levy passed with its highest margin in nearly three decades, achieving 59.5% support county-wide, securing LCCC's operational levy for the next decade.

I managed databases for the Citizens for LCCC in support of Issue 2, the November 2013 levy for LCCC. I managed high-level Excel and online databases of voter records in Lorain County, identifying connections to LCCC for targeted marketing and tracked voters daily through early voting.
