My Experience:At the age of 19, I began asking my parents friends what their 'biggest regrets' were -- and many of them said they wished they had invested in Real Estate sooner -- as they underestimated the relationship between 'time' and 'Real Estate'. I found myself purchasing Real Estate books and reading anything I could get my hands on. At the age of 21, I purchased my first investment property. By the age of 30, I had 4 properties with 8 units total in Kitchener-Waterloo. I realized my journey towards financial freedom was something I wanted to share with others, so I became a Realtor.My Approach:I've been buying and selling Real Estate in KW for 10 years. I've made mistakes and learned valuable lessons -- and it’s rewarding to guide others through these obstacles. I'm passionate about Real-Estate and the city of Kitchener-Waterloo, a place I've lived and loved for my entire life. The Sun Life Financial Canada Customer Care Centre (CCC) is a multi-site, multi-disciplined team committed to providing the very best service experience to customers, plan members, sponsors and advisors through strong partnership with the Canadian Business Units.  The CCC takes roughly 25,000 calls and responds to approximately 1800 e-mails a day. This translates into providing effective and timely service to more than 3.5 million customers and advisors each year.Accountable for technical support, the Manager CCC Production Support is responsible for ensuring day-to-day operational support to the CCC. Maintaining strong partnerships with Enterprise Services (ES) and Business partners to ensure the stability of the technical environment in the CCC. Responsive and proactive management of production issues that impact the operations from root cause identification through to resolution.
