Managed and consolidated treasury operations internationally and collaboration across various segments, e.g. collaboration with Merchants on new and existing markets efficiency. Other treasury related activities, included Bank RFP process & implementation, banking account/partner consolidation, cashflow forecasting, dividend repatriation, trade finance, financing, cash & risk management, M&A activities, intercompany netting/settlements and loan management, develop and enhance compliance and internal control policies.
