I have served in sales, sales training and sales leadership roles and have had the pleasure of working with some amazing people along the way. I have launched over 21 drugs to market with my teams and helped our market access teams win several formulary victories by assisting with finding influencers in the market and presenting during pitch sessions to P&T committees. The key part in crafting a formulary win in my opinion is deciding on your desired outcome up front for a drug, then designing a team strategy that helps you work toward that from the start. I love both selling and leading teams and love to overcome managed care challenges to help patients get drugs at more affordable prices.Recently I fulfilled a career goal of mine by acquiring a business, becoming a franchisee and starting two more of my own companies. I sold them to investors in 2023 and re-started my corporate career. I grew more in the three years that I was an entrepreneur, than I grew in my entire career. It was a great period of expansion for me personally and professionally and a period of enrichment that I will never forget.
