- Resolve the complaint issues related to the intellectual property of the company's phone applications (analyze the situation, propose feedback and contact the client to resolve the issues).- Review and draft all documents and contracts of the company.- Implement procedures related to the company's business registration at the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City such as establishing a subsidiary, branch, representative office, changing business registration license, dissolution of subsidiaries and foreign investment in Vietnam.- Prepare documents to protect the intellectual property of the company
