Cultivated and managed high profile talent while hosting my own top rated radio show in morning drive. I managed engineering and full studio and tower rebuilding projects. Achieved top ratings and revenues. Co-managed team of 8 sales people, and responsible for developing and maintaining programming elements tailored for specific advertising clients. Handled all FCC requirements, and formulated annual budget for ownership.
