I lead the Customer Analytics and Reporting team's Portfolio Management Office and am responsibility for the team's Portfolio and Business Strategy. We deliver projects and programs that improve our customer data and analytic reporting capabilities, which provide informational insights to our customers and demonstrate the value of Kaiser Permanente.In my previous role with National Sales Services, I was the business program manager for the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Small Group Program. I focused on cross-functional alignment across Epic and program team members, with direct accountability for release management, the program's command center, transition planning, and overall program coordination (risk & issue management, planning, communications). The program is an enterprise-wide Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) sell & renew solution for our Salesforce platform leveraging Vlocity that delivered self-service capabilities to our brokers using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).As a Portfolio Manager, I led the MSBD ET PMO team (Marketing, Sales and Business Development Enterprise Team PMO), where I oversaw executive portfolio-level reporting, developed standardized project management processes and tools, established project delivery standards, and delivered training to improve & align practices for our portfolio project & program managers.
