In my role as the Director of Social Enterprise at Loughborough Students’ Union, I provide stategic leadership to LSU’s Social Enterprise Activities a portfolio that also Facilities and Estates team both hard and soft services. Our Social Enterprise arm is responsible for the night-time economy, bars, catering, cafes, and retail operations, as well as our support for student-led events, and has an annual turnover of circa £7 millionAs a logical thinker with a keen eye for detail, I thrive on identifying and implementing efficiencies in both financial and labor-based processes. My background is diverse, spanning event and project management, budgeting, and the strategic expansion and diversification of revenue streams. With over a decade of experience in various roles within non-profit organizations, I have consistently demonstrated a track record of success.
