Hey there! My name is Daniel - I build & grow exceptional B2B SaaS portfolios. Currently based out of Menlo Park, in the heart of Silicon Valley. The product-led growth work I do helps B2B SaaS businesses:1. massively decrease customer onboarding times2. attract customer segments with much higher growth potential3. transform poor customer support experiences into positive ones4. weather tough times & dry spells5. maximize account activation, expansion, and renewals6. improve their valuations in preparation for investment/exitI help achieve those results by delivering:1. innovative product strategy2. Customer Support/Success team education & training 3. business development & strategic partnerships4. AGILE implementation5. backlog prioritization & grooming6. executive coaching7. growth marketingPreviously led Growth as one of the founders of @RelayCommerce, a portfolio of B2B Ecommerce SaaS products that help ecommerce merchants, both on and off Shopify, to increase conversion rates throughout the entire funnel. We've raised $27 million so far (https://www.axios.com/2022/11/15/relay-commerce-raises-27-million-to-acquire-more-e-commerce-tools), and I feel privileged that Primary Venture Partners led our seed round.Previously Head of Product @Zipify, a portfolio of B2B Ecommerce SaaS products that help Shopify merchants increase Average Order Values through strategic upsells, cross-sells, & high-converting funnels. We had 100+ international team members, 8k+ Shopify merchants worldwide, & we processed over $1.5BN in upsell revenue on behalf of our merchants.Previously VP of Growth @ManyChat, and I led the Growth strategy there. On top of my growth duties, I led partnerships with several teams at Facebook to ensure our product met their high expectations. As the first marketer on the team, I helped ManyChat scale from ~1,200 users to more than 750,000 (three quarters of a million) users in less than two years, all whilst maintaining substantial profitability. The effectiveness of the customer acquisition strategies I employed baffled even the most seasoned growth leaders. This astonishing growth enabled ManyChat to raise an $18MM Series A from Bessemer Venture Capital in April 2019 https://techcrunch.com/2019/04/29/manychat-series-a/Before that, I was the Director of Customer Success and founding marketer at ConvertKit (http://convertkit.com) from about 60 customers ($1300 MRR) to 2,000+ customers ($140,000+ MRR). I also helped support the growth of the team from 3 to 13 people.Reach out if you think there could be a fit!-Daniel

Creative DirectorSnooty Pies Dec 2010 - Dec 2011I designed and took a gourmet desserts brand to market in New York. This was my first experience selling anything. We sold dessert experiences at organic farmers' markets, wedding venues, and at specialty events on Long Island and in Manhattan. I learned a lot about the food service business (mostly how little I knew about it), and that high-volume, low-margin businesses are a great way to lose money over a long period of time :D Exited to private equity.
