My practice focuses on estate planning, wealth transfer planning, charitable planning, income, business and property tax matters, post-death trust and probate administration, and the formation, operation, and transfer of interests in closely held corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.

My practice focused on all aspects of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, administrative proceeding, and trials.

While in law school, I worked as a law clerk at Guy Kornblum & Associates. During that time, I researched and drafted memoranda on legal issues within a wide range of practice, including tax controversy, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage and bad faith.

During my time at EMLab, I managed client accounts that produced annual revenues in excess of $1 million. I also negotiated and drafted sales proposals and client contracts, surveyed emerging markets and performed trend analysis, and developed and maintained relationships with environmental testing firms, government regulators, law firms and training organizations.
