As a Legal Intern, I am responsible for the tasks, as follows:- Conducting legal research across various fields including civil litigation, administrative sanction, taxation, investment, marriage (prenuptial agreement, marriage record of Vietnamese), inheritance, nationality, environment, and foreign exchange control, enterprise, investment, loan foreign, foreign exchange control, etc.- Liaising with authorities and external organizations to check the feasibility of advice, regulatory practices in other locates, the results of dossier submissions, etc.- Writing legal updates on topics such as bidding, solar energy, and the semiconductor industry, etc- Drafting legal service documents (Brief Proposal, Legal Service Agreement, and Payment Request) and litigation documents (Letter of Demand, petition, etc.).- Translating documents for clients and other work-related materials.- Handling administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, mailing, and certifying true copies of documents, etcFurthermore, I gained valuable knowledge from weekly internal training sessions conducted by my colleagues, covering topics such as tax procedures, outlet establishment, internal labor document, fire safety requirement, establishing websites and legal industry orientation.

In my role as a Member of the Research Department, I've gained invaluable experience in event organization, meticulous planning, and effective communication with sponsors. Furthermore, I also hold the position of Deputy Head of the Research Department in the year 2021 - 2022, where I have the opportunity to take on a leadership role in various tasks, overseeing assignments, coordinating activities, and resolving any issues that arise during implementation. Embracing these responsibilities has been instrumental in my continuous growth and development.

As a member of the Project Development Department, I have been trained in important, essential skills such as research skills, legal writing skills, skills in argumentation, and event organization. This knowledge helps me build a stable foundation to develop in the future.

With role as Legal Intern, I took responsibility of these following tasks:- Participating in the review of documents and evidence provided by clients to propose solutions.- Researching legal issues related to startup fundraising activities (seed round, series A round), contracts, enterprises, finance, investment, etc.- Drafting legal documents for clients (petition claim, independent request, co-founders agreement with ESOP and vesting clauses, etc).- Writing legal updates and articles on legal issues related to ongoing cases.- Handling administrative tasks such as scanning and printing documents, etc

As Legal Intern, these are my main responsibilities:- Conducting in-depth legal research under seniors' instructions on civil, criminal, administrative, business, investment, commerce, pharmaceutical, import-export, real estate, and electronic transaction, ect.- Assiting in drafting application dossiers for clients;- Continuously updating legal amendments and revisions to ensure that legal research aligns seamlessly with the prevailing regulatory landscape;- Liaising with government authorities and external organizations to ensure seamless adherence to regulatory practices while delivering pertinent advice to clients.;- Translating and reviewing working papers.

As an Intern-student in District 12 Court, I have learned how civil procedural takes place; how to arrange the document of the law cases; how to compose legal documents in the Court... Moreover, I have learned how to communicate with litigants and the relationship between the Court, the Procuracy, and the Judgment Enforcement Agency. Following that, I have more perspective on the activities of the legal sector.
