Collaborating with Media agency and Data team to operationalize E2E DDM.Data interpretation that leads to actions for brand.- Leading the Learning agenda for total HC VN. This includes:Organizing workshops to strengthen media capability for MKT team & reinforce foundational media knowledge for newcomers.Keeping HC MKT team ahead of curve in Media by inviting several media partners to introduce media solutions and initiatives to Brands.Working closely with Regional and Global team to organize workshops to cascade new updates and case studies.Ensure all the media pilots are well measured, documented, shared amongst HC team and re-applied as BAU.- Hygiene tasks: Being responsible to ensure media guideline and principles are always in places and media sufficiency is well delivered.
