A seasoned Finance Manager (Operations) and Leader, responsible for managing branches’ finance related matters (for all 16 - TCC branches) and export segment of the business on revenue, budgeting, credit control, cash management, customer and product master data, business process and internal controls, finished good / inventory, compliance (KYC & AML), designing policies, P2P &payments approval, business partnering and handling audits. Also highly involved in managing and handling companywide projects including change management, business trainings / presentations and commercial analysis.Been a Key Finance Player and Business Partner, "in leading and successful execution of Companywide Projects" notably: (i) Route to Market Transformation (RTM) - Key RTM project member from Finance dept. Highly involved in stakeholders engagement, business analysis (both qualitative and quantitative data) and presentations to EXCOM.(ii)Internal Controls Review and designing / updating of Key policy and procedures - Project Leader (iii) SAP Hana Migration - Training, Testing and Communication Lead (iv) Preparation of Year end Financials - For 2019, 2020 and 2021 financial years(v) Project Bird / Concur (Prague Czech) - Country Representative and Leader in harmonization of entity T&E.(vi) Sales Force Automation (SFA) Project - A Finance key player & Leader involved in gap analysis, business discussions, analysis, presentations and high level decisions and eventual roll out. (vii) Global Credit Events (UAE)- JTI Tanzania Entity representative.

Acting Manager, responsible for daily management of Finished Good Movement (billing section), Accounts Receivable (AR section) and Customer and Product Master data.Also highly involved in month end closing activities, Vendor payment approvals and Year end Stock taking exercise.Involvement in Entity Planning and Budgeting exercise.
