After earning my B.A. in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, and an 18-month stint working as a Management Trainee in the warehousing industry, I realized my passion was people and embarked on a journey to become an invaluable resource for Midwest companies in building their talent attraction and retention programs. 10 years into a career in the talent field, I experienced the impact that Employee Benefits had on where people go to work and stay, so the Employee Benefits industry was a natural transition for me to move into in 2016. Fast forward to 2022 and I was offered the opportunity to expand my expertise with the McClone Team. We construct customized Holistic Total Rewards, Risk Management and Human Capital programs combining Employee Benefits, Business Insurance, 401k, HR Outsourcing, and Personal Lines. Many of our clients appreciate the fact that they can have it all managed by the same team within a WI based organization with a storied 70-year history.
