In this seasonal position, I attended to the technology department of Target helping guests meet their tech needs by providing informed assistance. This included guiding guests towards the best product for their needs, as well as retrieving product and completing transactions as needed. Secondarily, I worked stocking and back stocking product as well as doing inventory work.

Work as a Crewman included a variety of responsibilities, including: • Accurately and quickly transcribing data from customer orders, often while multitasking• Situational de-escalation while assisting unsatisfied customers.• Operating, and regularly maintaining a multitude of food preparation machinery• Preparing and handling a large variety of foods from memory• Regularly training new crewmembers• Accurate money handling and maintaining drawer counts.

Work as a general Associate part time with the following duties:• Handling and managing money at a cash register.• Working at point of sale to maximize guest satisfaction.• Greeting customers at the door• Providing direction and instructions to customers• Restocking products as needed• Handling promotional materials• Conducting general maintenance and janitorial duties
