In addition to leading the strategy and growth of Gallagher's Senior Living Practice nationally, my responsibilities specifically within our Chicagoland Healthcare operation include ensuring we achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention, driving organic growth, and collaborating with the various leaders of our local team. I am also responsible for the management of our Senior Living business development and client service teams. By unifying the expertise, specialization, and knowledge of our Healthcare team, we are able to deliver comprehensive risk management and insurance solutions clients. As Managing Director of Gallagher's Senior Living Practice, my responsibility is to ensure our clients receive the highest level service to support their needs on a daily basis allowing them to focus on providing the best quality of care to their residents. The senior living industry continues to face significant challenges across the country and our team is properly positioned to help support them through in-house services and third-party partnerships. My role is to serve current clients and attain new clients by providing them with strategic insurance and risk management solutions to reduce their total cost of risk while providing the broadest coverage possible. It is a priority to deliver top of the line service to all clients and work to develop strategic solutions addressing the specific challenges each client faces. I am part of our Healthcare Practice group specializing in the senior living and hospital industries.
