Our Sports & Entertainment Department excels in crafting collectible toys, albums, and compelling marketing campaigns for leading retailers.As a senior creative within the Sports & Entertainment Team I work on approximately 20-25 campaigns annually. My focus revolves around crafting compelling international customer loyalty programs based on entertainment and sports licenses. My role spans the entire creative process, from planning and conceptualisation, to impeccable execution, encompassing comprehensive 360 campaigns, my role ranges from overseeing product development to creating international showcase environments. I excel in project ownership, overseeing all aspects from initial planning and timelines to collaborating with partners, licensors, and stakeholders. My expertise extends to sourcing and managing assets, crafting product concepts, developing key art, producing POS materials, designing in-store communications, packaging, and creating immersive experiential content.In addition to my core responsibilities, I am the main point of contact for external creative agencies and freelancers, I actively engage in art direction, editorial, proficiently managing and supporting the wider team.I was the creative lead on award winning (IDA design awards 2020) own-brand IPs - such as ‘UnBEElievables’ - a bee based license concentrating on sustainability, education with fun and entertainment at heart. This was a loyalty solution that was successful in numerous European retailers. Licenses and IPs I have worked with include, but are not limited to: Netflix (Stranger Things, The Witcher, Squid Game, etc), Disney, Star Wars, Pixar, Angry Birds, Warner Bros (Harry Potter), Looney Tunes, NERF, Mattel, Kappa and Hasbro.

As well as running the bulk of our creative projects I was asked to stand in as Head of Creative due to a sudden resignation - on an agreed interim basis - I managed the Studio and reported directly to the Global Vice President of Entertainment. Responsibilities included the mentoring of the design team, managing and assigning workloads, meeting deadlines and the successful delivery of projects. Also being the point of contact for external and internal stakeholders as well as presenting concepts/ideas and work to the wider team and company.

Within the company my talents were well-known and I was specifically requested to join the Sports & Entertainment team - subsequently as a I was promoted to the role of Designer in the Sports & Entertainment Campaigns team - my principal objective was the development of internal and external communication packages.
