Leveraged software and process to enhance onboarding, support, and monitoring procedures across the team allowing them to scale from 5 new store deployments per week to 50.• Architected a universal data connectivity solution for the industrial space delivering an edge platform eliminating vendor lock-in and enables edge data sharing and analysis across previously siloed applications. • Evaluated market size, competitive landscape, and pricing for the universal data as a service solution with a calculated market potential delivering an 84% gross margin on $131 million in revenue in five years.• Managed the Smart Edge development and operations teams through the acquisition process and integration into Intel including development of multiple process’ and adherence to multiple new software standards.
