I am actively involved in the implementation and formulation of federal policies involving beach nourishment, regional sediment management, flooding and coastal resilience, disaster recovery, and the civilian missions of the Corps of Engineers. My background is in engineering, with a focus on project management, systems engineering, and environmental science.
