𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 (RBL) is an 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 organized by the 𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛. The club aims to make the RBL one of the 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in HCMC and at the university level around the city.𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬𝟏. 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: - Search for volunteers and review CVs for RBL recruitment plan.- Find candidates through different channels (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and the website).- Prepare job descriptions, create job ads (with over 115 registrations in '24 season), posting them with content and images on relevant websites.- Take the lead in recruiting for positions in the tournament's operations (Recruited 50 volunteers for court management and audience management positions).- Conduct interviews and select volunteers for volunteer positions.𝟐. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬- Provide the league merchandise benefits for volunteers such as, RBL customized t-shirt, socks, cap, and vouchers from league's sponsors (McDonald's, NIKE by ACFC, KATINAT Coffee & Tea House, Molten,...).- Providing certifications for volunteers and responsible for selecting best volunteers of each positions.𝟑. 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Conceptualize posts on Facebook about candidates' work experience every RBL season.- Create and take part in internal engagement activities between league members and basketball club members quarterly.𝟒. 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - Plan to measure and monitor the entry of non-participants in the tournament- Create weekly fan registration forms, collect, input, and save data using Google Forms software (received approximately 800 registrations per week for 12 weeks of tournament)- In charge of planning for smooth opening and closing ceremonies 𝟓. 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧- Managing the social media pages of the club, response and resolve queries.

As a non-profit organization, HR Digest focuses on developing a mission to serve and enhance the human resource and HR management community nationwide.𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬- Connect and build strong relationships with global technology and HR businesses such as (SHRM, HRCI, Google,...).- Helping nurture relationships with HR Digest's strategic partners in Vietnam, such as TopCV, MVV Group, Amber Online Education, and G.A.P Insititute. - Create content and design sponsorship proposals - Find partners, build, and propose cooperation plans to large and small global organizations to contribute to the company's branding and business goals.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of cross-functional projects, increasing HR Digest's revenue through the sale of our main products (Reading, Learning, Membership, Podcast).- Support managing key talent attraction projects, contributing to smooth implementation and timely completion.
