I have always had a passion for technology. I taught myself MS Access, MS Excel, Photoshop and many more programs. I didn't just learn about them, I took on projects and applied my knowledge. With MS Access I went on to develop two databases that were in use for over 15 years with 20 users. With Excel, I provided spreadsheet solutions for my team members. In one case I took a report that took 2+ days to complete and reduced the time to 15 minutes. I have kept current on the many new features of Excel and integrated many of them into my reporting/projects, such has Power Query, Xlookup and relationships. I have created dashboards in excel using slicers and pivot charts.I have done similar things with other technologies and love each project I have worked on.I have also worked extensively as part of a team. As I work on a project I am always thinking about how my work will effect others downstream and as a finished product.

  I am currently looking for a new job because of a cooperate restructure. In my last position I was part of a 5 member team providing marketing services to 200 Financial Advisors. I was the Database Administrator for our region (MS Access) and was also the first point of contact for 3 districts seeking marketing assistance. I was also responsible for sending out all email blasts for our region using our email blast system (Sales Force Marketing Cloud). The email blast services I provided were widespread, they include campaigns offered to all 200 advisors, monthly subscription emails and one-off requests such as site visits. As the Database Administrator, I have had one of my databases, for the Compliance Department, used as a model for a web based solution ($100,000+ project) and used by all our regions in the company.
