I am a professional with more than 8 years of experience in Product Management, Agile Project Management, Team Management, Entrepreneurship, Data, and Technology, helping companies to grow and achieve more and more results.I founded Agile4Growth, a training company that helps people, teams, and companies apply more agile management in their businesses, delivering more results, with higher quality and faster.I currently work mainly as a Product Manager at Agile4Growth, but as a founder, I work wherever necessary to deliver results.We have already impacted and helped thousands of people grow in their careers and apply more agile management at work with our Free Events, Training in Agile Management, Scrum, Kanban, and Preparations for the main Agile Certifications on the market.As well as being an entrepreneur, I've worked as a partner in a consultancy, being the Product Manager responsible for the company's educational products, leading teams in partnership with different areas of the company, and working on hundreds of projects in B2C and with large companies in B2B.I have also worked in management consultancy, working in multidisciplinary teams, managing large projects in various sectors, and delivering efficient and effective solutions.I have been working on several fronts in recent years: Product Management, Product Development, Product Launch, Go-To-Market, Growth, Product Marketing, Product Operations, Agile Project Management, and Company Management, for example.I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
