My track record of success includes winning motions to dismiss, defeating class certification, and on more than one occasion convincing plaintiffs to walk away from claims seeking significant damages. I am currently a member of the Anti-Defamation League Regional Board for North Texas and Oklahoma and the Levine Academy Board.
