1. Responsible for maintaining and growing data held within Service Now such as our users, locations, configuration items, service catalog items.2. Managed system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing and third party integration for ServiceNow platform.3. Contributed to the architecture and technical aspects of the ServiceNow implementation and operation project, independently making project related decisions, provides project status reports to project sponsor.4. Used Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the ServiceNow.7. Performed day to day administration of the Service-Now tool Maintain business services and configuration item relationships in Service-Now tool.
