- Design and develop training programs (outsourced and in-house)- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed- Internal event planning, design, and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits- Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, invitee list, equipment, etc- Manages content for the global company intranet- Introducing product knowledge to new staff, and orienting the organization’s mission and vision- Helps create a best-in-class internal communications function across the firm that fuels employee engagement

- Seeking potential customers (30 new calls per day)- Remain in regular contact with clients to meet their needs- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation

- Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner- Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure- Performing duties on a daily checklist- Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their problems and complaints- Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction
