- Being a part of Marketing Team to promote, publicize sales & marketing activities in other to achieves revenue KPIs of Commercial Real Easte Department.- Management on Event projects, Customer Relationships, and Corporate Partnership.- Invole in Commercial Real Estate Leasing and work with the tenant coordination team in transitioning from executed contracts through to the handover of tenant spaces and commencement of fit out, through to trading.

- Approach and follow up with both new and existing clients to ensure Event Sales KPIs.- Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.- Coordinate with related departments to deliver good quality events, and manage all project delivery elements within time limits, and follow company procedure standards.

- Meeting with client, taking detailed brief, making proposal and quotation, present and convince client to gain the acceptance of them - Brainstorming with creative team, designers to meet the client's brief - Working closely with internal teams, suppliers to ensure decoration projects are executed professionally within budget and client's expectations

- Management of exhibition project and data of exhibitors, constructing budgets and floorplan, operation schedule and weekly report to BOD.- Working with the venue holder, contractor and other suppliers to organize international exhibitions, b2b conferences and events in Vietnam (SECC - HCMC) and abroad (Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand....) - Liaising with Exhibitors to ensure all of them receive the highest level of customer service pre-show, onsite and post show.

- Assist Operation Manager in planing the national and international exhibitions with attention to financial and time constraints. - Support to work with the venue holder, contractor and other suppliers to organize exhibitions.- Consultant to Exhibitors on additional facilities order and build the special design booth.
